Relaxation & Meditation
Every guided meditation Katrina creates will be unique to that event. She will also use voice, singing bowls, zen drum, a flute, and sometimes even a harmonium to create a multi layered sound that will help you drift into a relaxed state of consciousness. The relaxation will be deeply nurturing and restoring. All you need to do is lie down (or sit if you prefer) and make yourself comfortable. Absolutely no physical effort or previous experience is required. Whilst you are drifting away, experience an optional light massage from a qualified massage therapist to really help you de-stress.
After the hour session ends, and you’ve floated back to earth, indulge in a cream tea (GF and vegan options available).
No experience at meditation necessary!
